Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your billing dashboard and keep access until the end of your current paid period. No lock-in.
What does the CAF Premium free trial include?
14 days of full CAF Premium access — contact details, saved properties, relocation alerts — with no credit card required to start.
Do owner plans have a trial?
Owner plans do not include a trial. A card is required at checkout. Cancel before your next billing date if it is not the right fit.
Will every base have the same number of listings or available homes?
No. Inventory, owner participation, and activity can vary by base and by season. Paid seeker access gives you the platform tools, alerts, filters, trust features, and workflow upgrades, but it does not guarantee a minimum number of active listings or owner responses in every location.
Is Military Housing Hub only for CAF members, veterans, or RCMP families?
No. Military Housing Hub is built around CAF relocation needs, but general renters, home seekers, owners, and local businesses can also browse homes, register accounts, and use the platform. The military-first layer is the specialization, not an exclusion rule.
Does the monthly or annual toggle apply to every plan on this page?
Annual billing is live for all plan families: CAF Premium, owner plans, and sponsor packages. Sponsor packages can now be sold monthly or annually, with limited founding pricing for Local Hero and National Reach. Dominance founding remains a contact-sales conversation.
Can I upgrade from Owner Launch to Owner Growth?
Yes. Upgrade through your billing portal anytime. Stripe prorates the difference — you are never double-billed.
Are sponsor placement previews real?
Sponsor previews are UI-based placement proofs. They should match the currently shipped sponsor surfaces, inventory rules, and base context before checkout.
What sponsor surfaces are live today?
Local Hero is strongest on base and pets discovery surfaces, with local resource visibility currently tied to the base overview. National Reach runs on Home, Bases, and Pets national rails. Dominance adds premium national treatment plus base hero partner presence.
What happens after a sponsor pays?
After payment, our team reviews the business details, confirms inventory, and manually approves placement before go-live. Sponsor checkout exists today, but sponsor fulfillment is not yet fully automated.
Will pricing increase as more bases go live?
Possibly. Founding pricing is a real early-cohort offer, but remaining-spot claims and rate-lock language must stay aligned with the actual founding tracker and contract terms until automation is complete.
